Bobby Turner sustained serious but not life threatening injuries when his bicycle struck a moving car on Main Street. Witnesses say he failed to see an eastbound vehicle due to a parked car blocking his view. he was knocked from the bike and again near a parked car. He was taken to his father’s office, where doctors reported two severe head blows and possible concussion though initial assessment was hopeful.
