Mission Band at St Paul Lutheran Holds October Meeting
The junior mission band met at St Paul Lutheran Church on October [year] with twenty one attendees and welcomed five new members: Werem David Bishee Marie Ano Sehmits Nancy Kelmick and John Groh. Mrs Orval Hoffmans guest speaker spoke on Stamps for Bethal and urged saving cancelled stamps to aid the poor and aged as a Germany-bound package is prepared. The older group painted plaques, the younger made a kneeling child wood project and will finish next month. A Thankoffering service featured children carrying lit candles as parents were invited to visit and hear the group’s performance.
