Local Club Notes From Wednesday to Thursday Meetings

The Literary Guild met Wednesday evening with Mrs Ralph White and Mrs Robert Opnedsh leading. Piano duet by Mrs W P Wittmer and Mary Ann Cole. The S O S Bridge Club met Thursday at Mrs Win Nissen’s home with a 2:30 dessert, three tables of bridge, high score Mrs W P Wittmer, low score Mrs NR Yarbrough, prize drawn by Mrs Keith Hall. St Paul Lutheran League held its November meeting at the church with 22 members answering roll. Donald Hoffmann led scripture and prayer, Judy Goettsch spoke on Thanksgiving. Donaldene Kraft led discussion. pastor Langholz showed an Evangelism film strip. Officers elected: Everett Kraft President, Richard Carlson Vice President, Judy Goetisch Secretary, Janice Helmke Treasurer. Project secretaries elected to begin January.
