Thanksgiving Lesson Prompts Club Charity Gifts
The T Four O Club met at Mrs Edward Nervig on November 14 with Mrs Kenneth Lester leading a lesson on The Origin of Thanksgiving. The group voted to donate 810 to CROP and 2.50 for Christmas Seals as their Christmas project. A birthday dinner for Lawrence Neilson of Hardy was held with guests including Arne Anderson and family and others from nearby towns. Numerous social visits and gatherings followed at various homes, churches, and events through the weekend across multiple families and towns.
