Anniversary Surprise for Larsons at Home

A Sunday afternoon gathering at Mr and Mrs Ray Larson's home celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. Relatives and friends from Humboldt Clarion Charion Algona Basie Grove LuVerne and Boone Township shared well wishes and cake. Also noted was a Boone Township Woman's Club meeting Thursday hosted by Mrs Marvin Nelson with Velma Huntley leading and roll call on thanks.

Farewell party honors Mrs Martha Baker by Renwick club

A crowd of ladies attended a farewell party hosted by Mrs Raymond Paine and Mrs Albert Nelson in honor of Mrs Martha Baker. The Renwick Woman’s Club and KLYN Club held Thursday meetings with programs, readings, and music. Vigorous Vernon 4-H Club held its regular meeting at the Murray home with talks on color schemes and house care.
