Land dispute foreclosures at Renwick Iowa in 1918 court
In Humboldt County Iowa the District Court seeks adjudication of ownership for Lots One and Two in Block Four, Renwick, with plaintiffs claiming twenty years open hostile possession and color of title. The petition cites chain of conveyances from Funk and Smith to Simmons and others, with unknown claimants named as heirs and spouses. The case sets April term at Dakota City starting April 16, 1918 and warns default if not appeared.
