Community Club Notes and Social Gatherings
The Methodist study group met last Wednesday at Mrs H Kleen's home with fifteen attendees. The Renwick Women’s Club and Yo NL Club planned Thursday meetings at Mrs H Sunderman and Mrs LW Heetisad's homes respectively. The Fortnightly Club convened Thursday at Mrs M B Richardson's residence. A birthday party honored Mrs S H Klassie with lunch and gifts. Wayne Kiley tuned a piano, Johnnie now practices his lesson. Local Five Hundred Party Draws Big Turnout Across Town
Mr and Mrs Arthur Skive hosted a Four Table Five Hundred card party with high prizes to Mrs Nick Anderson and James N Johnson and low prizes to Mrs Halver Skive and Frank Clancy. Traveling prize went to Noman Skive and lucky chair to Mrs Nick Anderson. Base lunch served.
