A baby boy was born to Mr and Mrs Antone Spefely on Tuesday. A tonsil clinic occurred at De Ly R Turner's office last Sunday. Joe Hall of Fort Dodge visited friends here Wednesday evening. Mr and Mrs Marx Sehivyter of LaVerne visited Fritz Brith home last Sunday. Mrs J B Nicholson of Goldfield visits daughter Mrs Everett Nelson. Mrs Einer Hannah of Clinton spends weeks at August Hoffman home. John Schneider family from Minneapolis visits. Nola stays longer. The Swanson families visit Carl Swanson in Spencer. Vaughn and Sorgenfroy visit J H Tanek home and Rochester trip. Perley Selgelid toured Iowa cities to watch a ball game in Waterloo. Duane Bonwell joined. St Pauls Lutheran Church held an outdoor service at Will Hoffman's farm with Pastor Wendlinger delivering a sermon on building the Kingdom of God in the Home. A self-filled picnic dinner followed with ice cream, games, and fundraising for the Orphanage. Hardy ladies club hosted by Mrs Brad Jensen. Pauline Kibitscheck gave a recital. Margaret Christanson returned from Mineola University. Mr and Mrs D W Stephens visited Dayton. Stephen's nephew George Thomlinson of Fort Dodge joined. Notice of Receivership Hearing for Peoples Savings Bank
In the District Court of Humboldt County Iowa the application of L A Andrew Receiver of the Peoples Savings Bank of Hardy for authority to settle stock assessment claims against Neil Hanson and others is on file. A hearing on the application will be held at the Dakota City Court House on June 20 1982 at 2 o clock in the afternoon. If objections are not filed the settlement will be approved if found reasonable.
