Mrs Kraft Dies After Long Illness In Renwick
Anna Wilhelmina Holek Kraft, born July 13, 1870 in Holstein Germany, died June 3 1931 at age sixty years ten months twenty days in Renwick after heart troubles. She emigrated in 1882 to Scott county Iowa, later moved to Wright county, married E C Kraft Feb 4 1895. Twelve children born, ten survive. funeral held at St Paul Evangelical Lutheran church, burial Elmwood cemetery.

July Fourth Celebration Planned at Algona II
The Eighth Annual Fourth of July event under Kossuth County Fair Association aims for a full day of entertainment on the fair grounds.
