Town Council Proceedings Special Meeting June 23 1955
A special town council session called by Mayor Paine addressed school crossing signals with L E Johnson representing Crown School Signals. The panel agreed to buy two signal sets, one red flasher for the school and one stop- light for Main Street at Montgomery, and approved the procurement. Regular session minutes and bills were reviewed and approved. Library board appointments for Evalyn Beenen Leora Sadler and Iris Oppedahl were confirmed for six year terms. Budget discussion followed and the meeting adjourned.
