Renwick Community School District holds 1955 board meeting
The Renwick Joint School District organized on July 1 1955 with H Dale Dale elected chair and Harold Goettsch hired secretary The board discussed rumors public access promised and invited community members to attend meetings Regular monthly meetings were set for the first Monday with special sessions as needed Also A H Brayton hired as custodian and bus driver and L L Walkner to add a 12 by 24 foot kitchen storage wing to the Hardy building The district decided grades three four five would use the Hardy building while others met at Renwick A quarterly financial statement for the district ending June 20 1955 lists disbursements across numerous suppliers and services with A H Goettsch signing the report

Elmo Arne Becomes New Ford Dealer in Renwick
Elmo Arne took ownership of the Renwick Ford dealership effective July 1, succeeding S. H. Blassie who had sold the Greene operation earlier. The move brings expanded showrooms, updated offices, and a larger parts and service setup as Arne plans further improvements. Hardy Building Redecoration and Grade Shifts Announced
Renwick Community School District board president H. Dale Cole announced the plan to move the third through fifth grades to the Hardy building next year while high school and remaining grades stay at Renwick. The Hardy building is being redecorated with new lights and a second kitchen added. A June meeting with elementary parents reviewed attendance plans and bus routes, with Wright County students to be picked as usual and buses to shuttle intermediate students between Renwick and Hardy.
