Renwick Baptist Church led by Pastor 3 G Blumwagen invites attendees to the church school at 10 am in the Renwick Public School assembly room with Mr Wilbur Nissen serving as superintendent and a morning worship service planned.
In the Assembly room at 11 am the Pastor gives a Bible message. The Youth Fellowship meets at 7 pm at the parsonage.

Four-H members earned dairy breed and livestock honors with cash prizes from local firms and a Humboldt County awards night. Winners included Marvin Lindeman and Roger Lindeman, with 4-H leaders receiving silver emblems after five years in livestock leadership. Various club girls earned attendance, paper weight, and demonstration distinctions, plus state fair travel funds and dress revue medals.
Farm Bureau notes list outstanding beef production and a $25 war bond from Republic Steel Corp of Cleveland. It cites 4-H food protection and production income totaling 2,438.04, plus the Humboldt county livestock judging contest Holstein handbook as top honor. Chicago Producers awards go to Reef club Ivinsier and Leonard Kiles, Pig club to Lawrence Jensen and Gerald Hellickson, Lamb club to Edwin Michaelson, with Kraft Foods dairy awards among recognitions.
