Armistice Terms and Versailles Delegates Gathered in Paris
Paris reports the supreme council of the Paris peace congress resumed sessions with leaders from France Britain Italy Japan and the United States present. The morning program announced agreement on armistice terms expiring January 12 including German restoration of war damages and delivery of stock and locomotives and food relief to devastated regions.
