Former Hardy Merchant G. H. Cheever Dies at Waterloo
G. H. Cheever, a Hardy merchant about forty years ago, died last Sunday at Waterloo. His body was brought to Vernon for burial in the Vernon cemetery this afternoon. He was well known by the older residents. in Hardy he co owned the Becker & Cheever mercantile firm, later taken over by Loren Keiling.
