Raphael Saxton, son of B. J. Saxton formerly of Hardy, died from injuries after falling onto a buzz-saw at Wabedo Minnesota. Born 1893 in Hardy, he owned Cozy Cove summer camp near Park Rapids. Survived by his father wife son and several siblings. funeral services were held in Park Rapids and Austin Minnesota.

Joe Hellickson 58, well known farmer southwest of Hardy, died suddenly at his farm home last Thursday afternoon. He is survived by his wife, six children including Howard of Spokane and Frances of Chicago, two brothers, four sisters, and several in‑laws. Funeral services were held Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church near Thor with Rev. T. B. Thorson officiating.

Q M Lee died Saturday morning at the home of his daughter Mrs Fay Snader in Eagle Grove after pneumonia. Funeral services were held Monday with many old friends attending. Burial followed at Rose Hill cemetery near Webster City. He came to Boone township forty years ago, was a prominent farmer, moved to Eagle Grove four years ago, and his wife died two years earlier. He is survived by four children: Robert in Beltrami Minnesota W J in Alberta Minnesota Inez Dvorak in Winnetaka and Mrs Snader.
