The Vernon camp No. 60 Royal Neighbors held a December gathering at Mrs. Geo Mills home. A Christmas gift exchange and tree for the Council Bluffs orphanage were arranged. Officers were elected including Oracle Beulah Higgins and Recorder Maude SAUSTIONS.
