RRA Club hosts a December luncheon at Mrs Newella Engh with Mrs June Siemens leading. Fortnightly Club plans a Christmas party luncheon with Mrs W Hi Longs in charge and committee members listed. KYN Club schedules a Christmas luncheon at Mrs Melvin Heggen with multiple assistants and a scripture/entertainment committee. Renwick Woman's Club holds a Christmas party with Mrs Eddie Busness and Mrs Paul Heggen hosting and Mrs Minnie Peters leading. Junior Missionary Circle meets at the Baptist church finishing scrapbooks for gifts. AMVETS Auxiliary hosts a Christmas party at the AMVETS hall with three hostesses. Delta-Deck Bridge Club gathers for dessert luncheon and bridge with prizes awarded.

Village Socials Highlight Neighborhood Club Life
The 5.0.8 Bridge Club met at Mrs. A. H. Goteesch’s home with high score prize won by Mrs. A. H. Stafford and low score by Mrs. Wm. Nissen. A 1:30 dessert luncheon followed. The Junior Mission Band of St Paul Lutheran met at the church with forty children and seven adults, heard readings, welcomed five new members Kathleen Hebnke Carolyn Nerec Norman Raymond and Jimmie Smith and planned carols for December 14 at Fort Dodge’s Lutheran hospital. The evening bridge group met at the Gimners with high score prize to Mr. and Mrs. Stanley McCurry and low to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Burk. The Baptist Mission Circle met at the church led by Ona Marie Pagan with hostesses Omer Davis and Alvin Engstrom.
