Remove Structures From State Property and Ammo Records Change
The IRS announces a change under the Gun Control Act reducing recordkeeping for shotgun and side ammunition sales while still requiring records for other ammo. The law affects only shotgun ammo and components. buyers must identify themselves if age is in doubt. Also states that permanent structures must be removed from state waters and adjacent property by December 15 to prevent debris along shorelines.
