Maurice Hinds minister schedules Sunday Bible School at 9 30 a m with a class for every age and worship at 10 30 a m Evening service at 7 30 p m Thursday 7 30 p m prayer and Bible study No creed but Christ No book but the Bible Welcoming note for all visitors.
Church schedule lists worship at 9 00 a m with Sunday School at 8 15 a m plus Thursday 1 00 p m clothing drive and 4 00 p m confirmation. Family worship at 10 30 a m nursery care provided and a noon all church potluck. Annual conference and officer elections follow with Bible study and choir rehearsals scheduled throughout the week.
Lake Lutheran Church announces no Saturday confirmation classes for this week. Worship service with Holy Communion at 9:00 a.m. and Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. ALCW meeting Wednesday at 2 p.m. Program includes slides by Dr. Basinger. hostesses named. menu committee listed.

The first Christmas Drawing will be Saturday at 2 2 30 and 3 pm with $50 in gift certificates. Sign all 30 tickets and place them in the barrel by 1 pm. The Lake Clippers 4 H Club met at Cheryl Ol son's home on November 22 at 2 00 pm. Janet Amosson led the meeting with pledges by Janet Martin and 19 members answered roll call. Diane Smith gave an illustrated talk on everyday manners. Myral Swan and Jill Martin demonstrated and Christmas party drawings were held. Cathy White reported news of the group.
Engagement announced for Kathy Ann McKenna of Hardy and PFC John R. Lovstad of Burt. Kathy is an Iowa Central Community College graduate and LPN at Mercy Hospital Fort Dodge. John Lovstad, a Mankato State graduate, has taught vocal music and serves in the Army in Vietnam.
