Death of William Dietrichy Reveals Sudden Pillow Smothering
William Dietrichy, a former Carson City business man and Reno resident, was found dead this morning in his brother Herts Dietrich’s home on Washington Street. The body lay face down in bed, with the face buried in a pillow, and an inquest was planned. Dietrichy, 33, born in Virginia City, had spent most of his life along the Comstock and nearby Reno. His brother Henry Dietrich, abroad in Elko, was notified to return for the inquest.
