Seek Mansfield Ohio November 26 1881 a man reports long standing pain in side back and breast with weakness and loss of appetite. after taking Brown's Iron Bitters one and a half bottles he says pain is gone breast soreness vanished appetite returned and strength rising claiming the medicine to be the king of medicines.
The executors of the estate of John Johnston deceased announce a private sale of the lands and pall estate. Sale is to be conducted for cash in lawful money of the United States subject to confirmation by the District Court. Sale date set for April 21, 1882, in the state of Nevada Washoe district court jurisdiction.
The State of Nevada serves Duplet Reynolda with a summons to appear in the Seventh Judicial District Court in Washoe County Reno. The complaint seeks dissolution of marriage, alimony, restoration of maiden name, and asks for judgment per the prayer of the complaint. Defendant is required to answer within forty days or risk default. The action claims desertion since May 1881 and neglect to provide necessities. The plaintiff seeks restoration of maiden name and related relief. Given under authority in Reno March 18 18%. MO. F. Alexander attorney for the plaintiff.
