County to Pay Carrie's Board Bill in 1901 Case

Mrs. Cartle Nation was sentenced to thirty days in jail and a ten dollar fine by Judge Hazen in the District Court for smashing bar fixtures stored in a vacant barn in Topeka in February 1901. She will not appeal and has gone to jail.
