Action seeks judgment for $26 80 100 plus interest and foreclosure of land described as part of Section 23 Township 20 North Range 18 East Mount Diablo, with default remedies and possession to plaintiff.
In accordance with law and a board order, the trustees authorize selling as many shares of each parcel of stock as needed at public auction in the company office Glendale Washoe County Nev Saturday March 1 1963 at 1 pm to pay delinquent assessments and advertising costs. Washoe Mill and Lumber Company consolidates the lumber businesses of C A Brave and Co with the home Planing Mill of Chas Cuur to operate eight general planing mills. It will manufacture and stock common and dressed lumber and related goods, with a yard and telephonic access to two stores, main office at Third and Halaton streets, Henry as manager.
The District Court of Washoe County Nevada orders the sale of real estate belonging to the estate of John Johnston deceased to pay administration expenses and unfinished legacies. Executors Shoemaker and Boyd must display this order and appear March 27, 1883 at Reno Court, showing cause for granting the sale. A copy will be published in Daily Evening Gazette for four weeks.
