Wage-Earners Gain With Tin Plate Pay Rise in Cleveland

A new wage scale will raise pay by 10 percenting for most workers, with an 8 percent increase in some cases. About 30,000 workers are affected, though the scale mainly applies to the Tin Plate Trust. Riot at Rochester as strikers clash with police
