George Gardner plans to train and support Jack Root in his upcoming fight against Mervin Hart after Root faces Billy Stitt on Monday night in Gardners corner. Root reports getting into fine condition and confident of victory. Gardner, from ODEIN Utah, noted on June 15 that he is doing strenuous preparation.
