CHUNGKING June 12 UP The Chinese central news agency said Chinese troops seized the coastal highway town of Pingyang located 135 miles north of Foochow and 25 miles south of Wenchow as Japanese forces withdrew toward Wenchow. Across southern China Chinese units near the Indo Chinese border were forced to withdraw from Chungchingfu after a Japanese counter attack from Caobang.
