In Washoe County Nevada on Monday July 2, 1883 at 12 o clock noon a public auction will sell delinquent shares listed against several holders to pay the assessed debt and costs. Delinquent notices name NoGompany occupant and others with varied share counts and par values.
State of Nevada Washoe County District Attorney issues a delinquent tax list notice. It names defendants and unknown claimants to land and improvements in Reno Township. Action is a suit begun in district court for tax and delinquency dating from January 1, 1682 to December 31, 1682 with judgment by default if defendants do not appear.

Public notice from the North Truckee Drain Ditch Company announces a two dollars and fifty cents per share assessment with twenty five cents per share late fee. Payment was due by May 11, 1658, or the shares would be advertised for sale.
