It states they married in Moro County California around 1875, have lived apart for over eight years, lack children or common property, and that defendant abandoned plaintiff and failed to provide support. Clerk’s certificate dates December 9, 1878.
The Seventh Judicial District Court of Washoe County orders that notices of a petition to sell real estate belonging to Sarah M. Drennan's estate be published in the Reno Evening Gazette for four weeks. The hearing is set for Saturday March 11, 1883 at 10 a.m. Interested parties must appear to object. Clerk certifies copy of the original order on file in Reno.
