Defendants must answer within ten to forty days depending on service. The suit seeks foreclosure and nullification of a land contract regarding the Red half of the Southwest quarter Section 29 Township 20 North Range 18 East Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The plaintiff seeks judgment and costs, with the clerk of court at Reno notified and entry dated January 12.
The Second Judicial District of Nevada in Washoe County issues a summons to Ardec Jones in a divorce action filed by Jemima Jones. The respondent must appear and answer within ten days after service or twenty days if served out of county, with forty days for other counties, or risk default.
