The Second Judicial District of Nevada Warhoe County issues a summons to defendant Joseph S Redding in the case of Jemima Jones v. Joseph Redding. The defendant must answer within ten days after service or twenty days if served out of county, with further notices of desertion and failure to provide for the plaintiff. The District Court of Washoe County Nevada hears a summons in a civil suit by Central Pacific Railroad Company against James Mayberry and William Mayberry. The defendants must answer within 20 days after service or 40 days if served elsewhere, or risk default. The complaint seeks foreclosure and cancellation of a land purchase contract with damages and costs, involving parcels in Township 19 North Range 18 East and adjacent lots, totaling 87 17 100 acres, and transfer of possession to plaintiff.
Assessment notice from Oath Trucker Ditch Company Glendale Washoe County Nevada. Board of Trustees on January 2 1933 levies 1.70 per share on all capital stock payable to the Secretary. The Seventh Judicial District Court of Nevada grants an execution against Levi T. Heath. Sheriff J.P. Emmitt will sell Heaths interest in real property in Washoe County on February 6, 1883, to satisfy a judgment of $555 plus interest and costs, based on a prior decree revived for the benefit of J. P. Foulk and J. W. Roberts.
H W W Bragg has purchased the entire interest of G A Bragg in the Washoe Mill and Lumber Company partnership. The co partnership will continue under the name Washoe Mill and Lumber Company with Bragg as purchaser and as suras the partner's portion of liability and assets as agreed.
