Two Large Corporate Creations In New Jersey

The American Mechanical Cashier Company with capital 5,060,100 was incorporated in Trenton to manufacture cash registers. The incorporators are H. C. Bold Charles Fairchild and Robert W. Electric steel plant to make ingots in thirty minutes

A Knoxville report says Charles P. Tonopay and George E. Boren returned from New York after negotiating erecting an electric steel plant at Elizabethtown Tennessee. The facility would produce steel ingots directly from iron ore in about thirty minutes using an eight thousand horsepower plant on the Watauga river site pending site selection.

The battleship Missouri was launched at Newport News with Miss Marion Cockrell as sponsor. Dense Fog Triggers Wreck of the Cannon Ball Express

Dense fog in the Boston area caused the Cannon Ball Express from Montreal to Boston to wreck near the Biston and Mainet railroad. Two men were killed instantly and about six injured.
