Monument to Last Survivor Honored in Lincoln Park Unveiling
The memory of Davis Kennison, east survivor of the Boston Tea Party, was honored today with the unveiling of a large boulder monument in Lincoln Park. The stone marks the burial site near where Kennison was laid to rest in 1852 in what was then Chicago. The unveiling was conducted by the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution, the donor society.
