Pool player killed in trivial quarrel in Colorado

Guardianship Case In Carson Court For Irma Robinson

The guardianship case of ten year old Irma Robinson heard in the district court at Carson yesterday involved Mrs Nichols of the Children's Rescue Society and Mrs Hershiser superintendent for Nevada. Judge Mack gave the mother until December 27 to change her living as petition granted if not. The judge praised Mrs Nichols and Mrs Hershiser for their laudable work and noted Carson residents had over two years failed to help the mother and child. Mrs G W Shutler-Cottrell recently returned from San Francisco where she attended to family matters.
