Copyright Treaty With Spain Restored

A cable from Madrid advised the State Department that the reciprocity agreement for national copyright between the United States and Spain, lapsed during the war, is restored to full effect by proclamation. The proclamation, set by President Cleveland, appears in the Gazette. The guilty party is known and will be prosecuted unless the cost is returned.
