Trains collision near Haney injures many fatalities reported
Two killed and three seriously hurt after a collision between passenger trains on the Santa Fe Plainview branch at Haney Texas fourteen miles west of Amarillo. Both engines leaped into the air and wreckage blocked the line. None of the passengers were seriously injured.

Miller and Lux Lose in Appeal Before Supreme Court
Washington December eight. In Miller and Lux versus East Side Canal and Irrigation Co. the Supreme Court affirmed the United States circuit court for the southern district of California. Miller and Lux own land on the San Joaquin river headwaters and sought to prohibit water diversion for irrigation outside their lands.
