Balial Murder at Eureka Springs Ark
Eureka Springs August 24 James Kiser ex policeman was shot to death last night by Dr L D Fuller resident physician. Fuller, drawing water from Calef Fountain on Main Street, was assaulted by Kiser who felled him from behind and then mangled his face with a heel. Fuller regained his feet and shot and killed Kiser. Fuller is perhaps fatally hurt. It was said Kiser had sworn revenge after Fuller refused a $256 claim for police services.
