A Cass county exchange complains about the county superintendent overseeing township trustees and a legislature enacting laws that limit public input. It argues abolishing township trustees, urges voters to speak up during election time, and questions who benefits from current spending.
The Men's Brotherhood Class of the Presbyterian church met Tuesday evening with about thirty men present. They were served by the young ladies' class, enjoyed a cornet solo by Miss Helen Pickering with Miss Alberta Geier, and heard Dr J B Flemming speak on Man. He urged sharing Christ as the main duty. the gathering was its second and final spring meeting, with next sessions planned for September or October.
