Hinton man released on probation after drug case
Terrance Bates age 24 from Hinton was released Monday on probation after a Summers County jury convicted him March 26 of conspiracy to deliver marijuana. He must relocate to Norfolk, Virginia within a week and serve two years of probation with conditions including counseling, random drug tests, and restitution.
