Jumping Branch resident Jumping Branch D B Abshire 82 died Friday September 25 1998 after a long illness at a Hinton hospital Born October 23 1915 in Jumping Branch he was the son of Basil D and Vista V Deeds Abshire Survived by wife Ida Charlton Abshire two sons Kyle D Abshire and Thomas N Abshire two granddaughters Lisa Suzanne Wood and Sarah Kristi Abshire a great grandson Jason Abshire and a brother in law Ernest T Lawson Sr Services will be 2 pm Monday at Bluestone Baptist Church Jumping Branch with Pastors Bill Fox and Elmo Alderman officiating Burial at Abshire Family Cemetery Friends may call 6 to 9 pm today at Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Hinton and one hour before services Monday at the church Pallbearers listed by the family Arrangements by Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors Hinton.
