West Virginia Democrats Sparsely Donate to Clinton Defense Fund
West Virginia notables including former Gov Gaston Caperton and Sen Jay Rockefeller gave little or nothing to Clinton's new legal defense fund. House Speaker Bob Kiss and Senate President Earl Ray Tomblin also contributed minimally, with only $100 pledged by George Carenbauer, while the fund totals show 39 donors in the state contributing $3,735, far short of the overall $2.2 million raised in six months.
