Fayette County Board approves $5000 settlement for Arritt
Fayette County Education Board on Sept 8 approved a $5000 cash settlement with former member David Arritt to resolve his grievance filed last year after he was passed over for a Vo Tech Center director post. Arritt, who had stepped down in 1994 to join the center, contended that three former board members conspired to block his promotion. the settlement ends the dispute and he drops the complaint.
