Nine indicted for murder in Texas carnival death
In Austin Texas nine executives employees and inspectors of B&B Amusements and related companies were indicted for murder over the March 19 Himalaya ride death of 15 year old Leslie Lane at the Austin Travis County Livestock Show and Rodeo. Defense and industry officials call the claim unprecedented and say the death was an accident.
