Cleveland man held in murder tied to river dumping
Donnie Joseph Longo, 26, of Cleveland, is jailed on 250000 bail for aggravated murder with kidnapping in the death of David Allen Williams, 30, whose body was found May 28 along the New River Gorge bank in Fayette County after being reported missing April 13. Det. Michael O Malley said Williams may have been a possible witness in a prior check forgery case.
