Prosecution Uncle Pleads Innocent to Election Charges

Greenbrier County Prosecutor Mark Burnette’s uncle Harry Beale pleaded innocent to four counts each of perjury unlawful registration of voters and alteration of records in Fayette County Circuit Court Beale’s bond was set at 1000 with trial slated for August 17 Beale allegedly duped customers at a Lochgelly mobile home dealer into signing voter forms while campaign material praised Burnette and the slate tied to State Senator Shirley Love Also pleading innocent Friday were Harry Buckner Jr Ronald S Mims and Timothy W Goard in separate cases
