Beckley man waives hearing on pornography charges
Anthony Misiti, a 64 year old Beckley businessman, waived a preliminary hearing on one count of filming minors in sexually explicit conduct. He faces ten more preliminary hearings for charges including sexual assault and sexual abuse involving 11 to 15 year old girls and a male juvenile. police say videotapes were found at his Belleview Lane home. He is free on $60,000 bond and the case may go to the grand jury in September.
