Hinton appoints Amelia Richmond city judge for ordinances
Amy Richmond of Meadow Creek was hired by Hinton City Council to convene city court for littering loitering public intoxication and other ordinance violations. The non attorney judge must complete a law and procedure course. she will be paid 75 dollars per hour and will chair one monthly session after training.
