Powerball winners claim big prize in Ohio group play

A 13 member group from Automation Tooling Systems in Columbus suburb Worthington, Ohio, known as The Lucky 13, claim the $295.7 million Powerball jackpot after buying 130 tickets near the Indiana line. The group plans equal $12.42 million shares pre tax, with official validation pending by the Indiana lottery.

Settlements Reached in Auto Dealer Case in Grafton

Taylor County prosecutor says criminal charges are being considered against operators of Ideal Motors, a defunct Grafton dealer closed after a finance company repossession and reports of deceptive ads and bad deals affecting up to 4000 customers. Twentieth Street Bank and M&T Financial Credit Corp agreed to pay over $1 million to fix bad deals and credit issues. Attorney General Darrell McGraw announced the suit of 10 finance companies and five individuals last month.
