The West Virginia Health Care Authority and the state rural health systems program awarded a 144,777 grant to cut communication costs among rural clinics hospitals and physicians. Administered by Partners in Health Network the funds will connect 14 rural counties including Boone Braxton Calhoun Clay Fayette Greenbrier Jackson Kanawha Logan Mingo Nicholas Raleigh Roane Upshur and Wyoming.
