Summers County state witness faces new indictment

Summers County grand jury indicted Hinton resident Roger L. Fox Jr. and 24 others Tuesday. Fox, 26, already key witness in 35 drug indictments, was charged with one count of petit larceny. Arraignments set Friday in Summers County Circuit Court amid more counts including burglary, forgery, and grand larceny for several defendants across Hinton and nearby towns.
