Judge sentences three men to jail time
Summers County judge sent three men to jail Monday for guilty pleas and probation violations. Shawn D. Haskins, 24, of Columbus Ohio, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was ordered to six months in jail. Joe E. Martin, 24, formerly of Meadow Bridge now in Virginia, got six months and one day for second offence drunken driving. Harold E. Pack, 47, of Hinton pleaded no contest to probation violations and had his sentence revoked with one year in jail, report possible modification if debts are paid.
